This dynamic workout is perfect for men and women who are looking to gain strength, increase flexibility, prevent injury and who just want to have fun while working out! 45 minutes of crazy fun on a mat in the beautiful outdoors and then off to build the perfect healthy lunch in town at our favorite spots. It's a great day out for anyone who wants to be active, fuel his/her body cleanly and enjoy being outdoors all in one afternoon. We will provide water bottles, all you need is a yoga mat, towel and shoes are optional. PiYo can be done with athletic shoes or barefoot.
